Honey Lemon + Chicken Fusilli
🌿INGREDIENTS🌿
◽️1 Large Chicken Breast (Cooked + Chopped)
◽️1/3 cup Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)
◽️1/4 cup Honey
◽️1 Tbsp {Gluten Free} Soy Sauce
◽️1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
◽️2 Tbsp Parsley (Fresh chopped)
◽️1 tsp Salt (or more to your tastes)
◽️½ tsp cracked black pepper (to taste)
◽️2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
◽️1 Cup of Peas
◽️Fusilli Pasta {Gluten Free}
🔻INSTRUCTIONS🔻
1. You can bake the chicken in the oven while you do the rest, or cook it over the stovetop. Once cooked, chop up, if you haven’t already.
2. Cook pasta until noodles are done. (I threw my PEAS into the pasta water as the noodles finished up) Drain them in a colander and set aside.
3. Turn the stovetop to a medium heat.
4. Use a saucepan to combine lemon juice, honey, gluten free soy sauce, and garlic together over. Stir well.
5. Once it comes to a boil, turn down the heat and slowly add in the heavy whipping cream, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken.
6. Add Parsley to the sauce, than add Salt + Pepper to your preference.
7. Dump chicken and pasta into the sauce mixture until well combined.
