{Awesome} Black Bean Brownies
Okay, another round of Black Bean Brownies to try! I actually like this one best, the maple syrup gives it a nice flavor and I like the added chocolate chips. #chocoholicsanonymous
🌿INGREDIENTS🌿
◽️1 can Black Beans (Drained + Rinsed)
◽️2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
◽️1/2 cup Quick Oats
◽️1/4 tsp Salt
◽️1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
◽️2 Tbsp Sugar
◽️1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (or vegetable oil)
◽️2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
◽️1/2 tsp Baking Powder
◽️1/2 Cup Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips
◽️1/4 Cup Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips (Crushed for Brownie Topping)
🔻INSTRUCTIONS🔻
1. Turn oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well.
3. Mix in the 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips into batter.
4. Grease 8x8 pan (I used coconut oil) and pour batter into pan.
5. Crush 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips and sprinkle over brownies.
6. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
